Notification Inviting Proposals for Appointment of Statutory Auditor (FY 2025–26 and onwards)
Dear Members,
This notification is issued in continuation of the RWA’s communications dated 14th November 2025 and 15th November 2025 regarding the 5th GBM of the Association.
The E1 Vasant Kunj Resident Welfare Association hereby invites proposals from eligible Chartered Accountant Firms for appointment as the Statutory Auditor of the Society for the Financial Year 2025–26 and onwards.
Eligible firms are requested to submit their proposals via email to the RWA. All proposals must be submitted on or before November 21, 2025, by 6:00 PM.
Eligibility Criteria for the Auditor
The proposed auditor must meet the following conditions:
- Be a non-member / non-resident of E1 Vasant Kunj,
- Charge annual audit fees not exceeding Rs. 20,000/- (excluding GST),
- Possess a minimum of 10 years of experience as a practicing Chartered Accountant.
Please note that TDS filing and ITR filing services will be evaluated separately. The combined annual fees for these services shall not exceed Rs. 15,000/- (excluding GST).
Residents are also requested to propose eligible auditor names (if any) to the RWA at rwae1vasantkunj@gmail.com by November 21, 2025.
Members are encouraged to give wide publicity to this invitation to ensure maximum participation and transparency in the selection process.

Members’ consent for the appointment of the nominated/ proposed auditor will be sought during the upcoming GBM.
