If any resident has contacts or can recommend a reliable housekeeping agency with experience in managing residential societies, we request you to kindly ask them to apply with quotations as per below mentioned details.
Your suggestions and support will help us identify a professional agency to maintain cleanliness and hygiene in our society.
The details of the requirement are as follows:
1. Manpower Requirement
Total manpower: 30 personnel
29 Cleaning Staff
1 Supervisor
2. Scope of Work
The agency will be responsible for maintaining cleanliness and hygiene across the society premises, including but not limited to the following activities:
1. Door-to-door garbage collection from all flats and disposal at the MCD designated dumping point.
2. Brooming and wet mopping of all common areas, including corridors, staircases, and railings.
3. Cleaning and wet mopping of lifts, both inside the lift cabins and the surrounding lift lobby areas.
4. Brooming and cleaning of terraces, Shaft areas and basements.
5. Dusting, cleaning stains (any kind) and removing cobwebs in every floor and basement.
6. Cleaning of all other common areas, Parks of the society to ensure overall cleanliness and hygiene of the premises.
7. Drainage / Gully Trap cleaning when required
3. Materials and Equipment
The agency shall provide all cleaning materials, consumables, and equipment, including Single Disk Floor Washing Machine and any other necessary tools required for efficient housekeeping operations.
